I was born and raised in Sarnia/ Lambton. Graduated Northern high school and have worked in the Sarnia area in many different occupations including being the owner of Jameson’s Sports from 1986 to 1991. After closing my store I have been employed as a firefighter for the City of Sarnia. I have 2 fantastic children, my son Bruce is presently in his second year at the University of Guelph and my daughter Melissa continues the family tradition as a runner in grade 11 at Northern. In the summer of 2011 I will be getting married to an amazing woman and look forward to many new adventures in the future. Since my years at Northern I have continued as an avid runner including having run 18 marathons to date.

With an interest in fitness, the human body and how it works, I entered Lambton College to take the massage therapist course in 2004. Upon graduation in 2007 I have been practicing as a registered massage therapist, in Sarnia, on a part time basis. The past few years I have been treating clients at Hare Chiropractic. Since graduation I have continued to upgrade my massage techniques and assessment skills through courses like Thai on the Table Massage, Sports Massage, Myofacial Release and Professionalism. The techniques that I offer in my practice include general Swedish massage, deep tissue work, sports massage and rehabilitation, active massage with stretching and relaxation massage. I am willing to assess motor vehicle accident injuries and work along with the clients’ insurance company to ensure a speedy recovery. I can also handle WSIB accident claims.
