Martha Whitefoot grew up in Marthaville and moved to Sarnia when she was 12. Martha attended Sarnia
Central Collegiate where she graduated in 1977.
While she was working for
Walker Bros. Limited as a receptionist, Martha was
offered a position as a chiropractic health assistant
(CHA) by Dr. Gary Hare. She began working as a CHA in
March of 2002,
and received a Chiropractic Assistant Diploma from the
Parker Chiropractic Resources Foundation in 1993. Dr.
Erin White purchased the practice in October 1999, after
Dr. Hare retired.
Martha has been married for
several years to Tim, and they
have a son Justin who is in high school.
Their dog Ozzy greets her at the door and follows her
like a shadow around their home. In her spare time,
Martha enjoys long walks and watching Justin play hockey
in the winter, soccer in the summer and his school
sports. When she finds the time, she works on home
renovations (i.e. construction, painting, repairing and
working in the garden). But most of all, she enjoys her
work, greeting and meeting patients as they come and go
receiving treatments that make a difference.
